CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of withdrawal

The online order of [RUIZ] design products constitutes a consumer contract. In accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are delivered.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RUIZ Fashion Design, E-Mail:info@ruiz-design.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You may use the model text provided below for this purpose.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, you must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding the delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. We reserve the right to accept the withdrawal only for unused and undamaged goods. If the goods show signs of use or damage, we may refuse to issue a refund.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
